We start by listening and understanding the requirements and details of the position you’re looking to fill. Using our exclusive network, pipeline, and database, we hand-pick candidates for you based on their experience, technical skill set, and soft skills. We also run custom-made technical assessments for your specific role to ensure the experts have all the necessary skills to succeed.
Veeblur talent works in GMT-3 through GMT-6 time zones, arranging their schedule to work in your timezone. LatAm time differences range from 1-4 hours ahead of US time zones depending on where you’re located.
If your expert is not a good fit, we will work with you to find a replacement at the same price point.
We use coding platform assessments to pre-vet our talent. Each assessment is assembled according to the client’s requirements and is shared with them once submitted.
Our talent acquisition team assesses the candidates’ English language skills during screening interviews and rates them according to CEFR standards (A1 – Beginner/Elementary; A2 – Pre Intermediate; B1 – Intermediate; B2 – Upper Intermediate; C1 – Advanced; C2 – Proficient).
Yes they can. Our clients are more than welcome to conduct private interviews with their candidates prior to hiring them.
It’s the client’s responsibility to manage the hired expert. However, we do biweekly check-ins with the talent to make sure everything’s running smoothly.
The experts are fully-dedicated to your company. Veeblur independently hires talent and handles the recruiting, HR, payroll, compliance, and benefits so you don’t have to. The talent seamlessly integrates into your team, participating in your systems and meetings as a full-time remote team member of yours.
The length of the contract varies depending on your needs. Contracts are usually annual. From the beginning of the process, our candidates are informed whether the position is short-term or long-term. If your talent is not working out, our talent acquisition team will prioritize finding a replacement for you immediately.
Clients can make their invoice payments via wire transfer, ACH transfer, or credit card.
Veeblur has no upfront fees. Once you have approved your talent profiles their current rate will apply.
The talent observes their country’s local holidays. We provide a calendar of the talent’s observed local holidays to the client.
We provide our talent with an array of benefits and support to keep them happy, productive, and successful. This may include health insurance, flexible PTO, meal allowances, education e-course allowances, and home office support.
